Beyond its beaches and lagoon, Île aux Cerfs offers a variety of water activities for visitors looking to make the most of their day.
At the time of writing, these activities are generally operated by independent providers on the island. Unless otherwise stated, they are not included in the price of your catamaran cruise or speedboat tour and are paid for separately. Availability and prices should be confirmed on the day of your visit.
Parasailing
Parasailing offers a bird’s-eye view of the lagoon as you’re lifted into the air behind a boat.
From above, you’ll enjoy wide views of Île aux Cerfs, the coastline and the surrounding reef.
This activity is usually available on-site for an additional fee.
Jet Ski
Jet ski tours are among the island’s most popular activities.
Depending on the operator, different ride durations may be available, with guided routes around the lagoon.
This activity is generally offered separately from your excursion.
Towable Tube Ride
For visitors looking for something more energetic, towable tube rides provide a fun experience behind a speedboat.
Depending on the operator and weather conditions, this activity may be suitable for families or groups of friends.
It is normally charged separately.
Kayaking
Kayaking is a quieter way to explore the lagoon.
It’s a good option if you’d like to paddle around the shoreline at your own pace while enjoying the scenery.

Glass-Bottom Boat
A glass-bottom boat lets you observe part of the lagoon without getting into the water.
Transparent viewing panels beneath the boat make it possible to see marine life when water visibility is good.

Snorkeling
Snorkeling is one of the easiest ways to enjoy the lagoon around Île aux Cerfs.
If you’ve booked a catamaran tour, a dedicated snorkeling stop is usually included before reaching the island. Snorkeling directly from the island itself depends on local conditions and whether equipment is available or brought by visitors.
